perfect base for exploration and scenic city walks

I loved being just a short walk from Cat Street and the beautiful Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden, perfect for leisurely strolls and enjoying nature after exploring the city’s bustling vibe.

The location is fantastic, close to Shibuya and great cafes. However, the room was surprisingly small and cramped.

The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Shibuya. It made exploring the area super easy. The reception staff were really friendly at check-in, which set a positive tone for my stay. I appreciated having drink coupons for the cafe. that little perk felt special. However, the room I stayed in was incredibly small. I had to open my suitcase on the bed since there wasn’t much space to move around. The bathroom felt cramped too, making it tough to get ready comfortably. Also, I noticed some inconsistency with housekeeping. There were days when my towels weren’t changed, and I felt the service could have been better overall. If you're traveling solo or for a short trip, this place can work, but I wouldn’t recommend it for families looking for additional space.

Staying with my friends was fantastic! Just a short walk to the Shibuya crossing, making exploring a breeze. We also visited a cafe nearby, and it was nice having a Family Mart right across the street. The staff were helpful, and we got drink coupons too. The beds were comfy, and our room had everything we needed for our stay.

The check-in was a bit confusing as they offered us separate rooms instead of the double we booked, which was a hassle. We had to double-check our payment due to some unclear communication.

I had a comfortable stay at The Onefive Tokyo Shibuya. The location was perfect, just a short walk to Shibuya's vibrant areas, and I appreciated the cleanliness of my room. The staff were attentive, assisting me with any inquiries and providing helpful amenities at reception.

I had a cozy stay with spotless, high-pressure showers and daily fresh towels, but the room was tiny and felt more like a hallway. I would stay again, though!

Solo traveler paradise

The staff were incredibly friendly and even shared a few laughs with me during check-in. I was grateful for the excellent shower. it felt like a small luxury after a long day exploring.

It wasn't cheap, but still acceptable for what you get.

The location can't be beat! We were just a short walk from Shibuya and enjoyed exploring the nearby cafés. The clean rooms and comfy twin beds made our stay with the kids pretty pleasant. Definitely a good spot for families.

My wife says that the room was a bit cramped for our family. More storage space would be great for families with kids.

However, the room felt snug, limiting luggage space and movement. The staff were friendly but sometimes lacking in helpfulness, which could be frustrating. Canapés provided added a nice touch to the experience.

Free Wi-Fi works well. No pets allowed, but coffee shop was convenient.
